Any equipment or device designed or used for: <br />(1) Separating the isotopes of uranium or plutonium; <br />(2) Processing or utilizing "Spent Fuel"; or <br />(3) Handling, processing or packaging "Waste"; <br />c. Any equipment or device used for processing, fabricating or alloying of "Special Nuclear Material" if, at <br />any time, the total amount of such material in the custody of any Insured at the premises where such <br />equipment or device is located consists of or contains more than 25 grams of: <br />(1) Plutonium; or <br />(2) Uranium 233; or <br />any combination thereof, or more than 250 grams of uranium 235; <br />d. Any structure, basin, excavation, premises or place, prepared or used for the storage or disposal of <br />"Waste"; <br />and includes: <br />a. The site on which any of the foregoing is located; <br />b. All operations conducted on such site; and <br />c. All premises used for such operations. <br />7. "Nuclear Reactor" means any apparatus designed or used to: <br />a. Sustain nuclear fission in a self-supporting chain reaction; or <br />b. Contain a critical mass of fissionable material. <br />8. With respect to injury to or destruction of property, the words "injury" or "destruction" include all forms of <br />radioactive contamination of property. <br />SECTION VI. DEFINITIONS <br />A. ADVERTISEMENT under Coverage B, means a notice that is broadcast or published to the general public or <br />specific market segments about your goods, products or services for the purpose of attracting customers and <br />supporters. For the purposes of this definition: <br />1. Notices that are broadcast or published include material placed on the Internet or on similar electronic means <br />of communication; and <br />2. Regarding web -sites, only that part of a web -site that relates to your goods, products or services for the <br />purposes of attracting customers or supporters is considered an Advertisement. <br />B. ASBESTOS under Coverages A and B, includes but is not limited to: asbestos, asbestos products, asbestos <br />fibers, asbestos dust, and asbestos contained in products or materials. <br />C. AUTO under Coverage B, means a land motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer designed for travel on public roads, <br />including any attached machinery or equipment. But Auto does not include Mobile Equipment. <br />D. BODILY INJURY under Coverage B, means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person including <br />death or mental anguish resulting from any of these at any time. Mental anguish means any type of mental or <br />emotional illness or disease. <br />E. COVERED POLLUTION COST OR EXPENSE under Coverage A, means any cost or expense arising out of any: <br />1. Request, demand, order or statutory or regulatory requirement; or <br />2.
