Q2 (01/1/24 — 03/31/24): Enroll 30 new client members to engage in Underground GRIT's Therapeutic Pre -Release and Holistic Mental Health Program. All members will be required to participate in Underground GRIT's 12-week group therapy component of services and case management, which will include the creation of an individualized comprehensive plan for re- entry and ongoing support through successful completion of probation/parole. In addition, all members will have access to a mentor and will be introduced to career exploitation and self- sufficiency planning. For individuals in need of more in-depth mental health services, they will be offered trauma -informed clinical therapy and treatment. Q3 (04/30/24 — 06/30/24): Enroll 25 new client members to engage in Underground GRIT's Therapeutic Pre -Release and Holistic Mental Health Program. All members will be required to participate in Underground GRIT's 12-week group therapy component of services and case management, which will include the creation of an individualized comprehensive plan for re- entry and ongoing support through successful completion of probation/parole.
