City of Santa Ana. et at., United States District Court (Central District of California), Case No. 8:21-CV-00825-JLS-KES, and voted unanimously to approve the settlement of $95,000. There being no request to speak, Mayor Amezcua closed the Public Hearing at 6:53 P.M. Councilmember Hernandez spoke regarding the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for Fiscal Year 2022-23. MOTION: Mayor Amezcua moved to approve the recommended action for Item No. 25, seconded by Councilmember Hernandez.
