<br />City Council 20 December 19, 2023 <br />Mayor Amezcua asked the City Attorney to clarify regarding the clearing of the gallery. <br /> <br /> <br />City Attorney Sonia Carvalho spoke regarding rules and procedures for City Council <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Councilmember Bacerra thanked all City staff, residents, and business for their hard <br />work, efforts, and participation, and wished everyone a Happy New Year. <br /> <br />Mayor Amezcua thanked City staff for their hard work and efforts, congratulated Rosa <br />Flores on her retirement, spoke regarding the toy giveaway, and thanked all <br />organizations that participated and donated.
