Page 3 of 6 <br /> <br />The program will also provide each participant with a professional outfit (including a suit, shirt or blouse, <br />shoes, and accessories) for interviews and on-the job to help them build their confidence and make a good <br />first impression with potential employers. They will receive one-on-one assistance by our Wardrobe <br />Specialist to select outfits that best meet their needs. <br /> <br />Incentives will also be provided to encourage participants to achieve program milestones and reward them <br />for their success. A payment of $125 will be awarded to participants who complete the full complement of <br />workforce skills training activities, $125 will be awarded to those attaining an industry-recognized certificate <br />or completion (whether through Working Wardrobes or another training provider), and $250 will be awarded <br />upon attainment of employment. The maximum value of incentives to be provided to an individual client is <br />$500. <br /> <br />Follow-Up Support: Whether or not they have completed the full range of program services or secured <br />employment, participants will have continued access to all Working Wardrobes activities including coaching, <br />advice, and guidance to help them identify and obtain additional skills training and supportive services, and <br />ensure that they achieve their individual goals, maintain their employment, and continue to progress in their <br />careers. <br /> <br />The goal of the program is to serve eighty-four (84) justice involved individuals over the initial program term <br />and support their ability to gain valuable workforce and occupational skills, achieve success in the job <br />market, contribute to the growth and success of businesses and the economy, avoid recidivism, and build <br />successful and self-sufficient lives. The following minimum performance outcomes and measurements to be <br />achieved are as follows: <br /> <br />Outcome Measurement <br />Enrolled in program 84 participants <br />Enrolled in training 40 participants <br />Completed training 30 participants <br />Attained industry-identified certificate or credential 20 participants <br />Placed in post-secondary education 13 participants <br />Placed in state approved apprenticeship 13 participants <br />Employed 40 participants <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 1
