Proposed developments <br />GWRership "0616;Rg Proposed developments may be for acquisition and rehabilitation of eligible properties for <br />rental and/or ownership housing; acquisition and conversion of non-residential property to multifamily housing units; <br />and/or new construction of housing units for rental and/or ownership housing.
