Boards and Commissions Biannual Attendance Report <br />February 20, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />4 <br />0 <br />6 <br />3 <br />Vince Frazier, the Section 8 Tenant representative on the Community Development <br />Commission, has missed every meeting, without notice, during this reporting period <br />despite numerous and varied attempts by staff to contact him. This is the second <br />consecutive reporting period with the same absences. <br />The Police Oversight Commission began holding meetings in October 2023 so data is <br />only available for the months of October through December for this reporting period. All <br />members attended each meeting with no absences. <br />The Rental Housing Board has not yet met quorum, having only one appointed <br />member. Therefore, no meetings have been held and there is no attendance <br />information to report. <br />All Workforce Development Board meetings for this reporting period were canceled. <br />New appointments were recently made in January 2024, which should help this Board <br />meet a quorum for attendance to hold a meeting. <br />All Youth Commission meetings for this reporting period were canceled. There are <br />currently three vacancies on this Commission and the existing four members have had <br />scheduling conflicts making it impossible to reach a quorum and hold a meeting. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
