<br />The Reservations Office is in the process of completing an audit of all Youth Sports Coalitaan files. While verifying the documents received by your organization it was discovered that the
<br />affiliation letter we received failed to meet the full affiliation requirements set forth by Cal South. Cal South has provided information which indicated your organization has not completed
<br />ail required steps to be considered affiliated:
<br />1. Y ur organization applied an___ o�as accepted for 2023-2024, bur no players were registered.
<br />As a result, your organization will be moved from Group 2 to Group 3, effective March 1, 2024. The change will not impact existing permitted dates and times. This reclassification will
