Quarterly Report for Housing Division Projects and Activities for the Period <br />of October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 <br />Department(s): Community Development Agency <br />Recommended Action: Receive and file the Quarterly Report for Housing <br />Division Projects and Activities for the period of October 1, 2023 to December 31, <br />2023. <br />MINUTES: Councilmember Bacerra spoke regarding the in -lieu fees generated <br />and asked for clarification regarding the inclusionary housing in -lieu fees received <br />for FY 23124. <br />Community Development Executive Director Mike Garcia stated The Met paid the <br />in -lieu fees based upon their development agreement in advance. <br />Planning and Building Director Minh Thai spoke regarding the development <br />agreement with The Met. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Bacerra moved to approve the recommended <br />action for Item No. 10, seconded by Mayor Amezcua. <br />The motion carried, 7-0, by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: COUNCILMEMBER BACERRA, COUNCILMEMBER <br />HERNANDEZ, COUNCILMEMBER LOPEZ, <br />COUNCILMEMBER PENALOZA, COUNCILMEMBER <br />VAZQUEZ, MAYOR PRO TEM PHAN, MAYOR AMEZCUA <br />NOES: NONE <br />ABSTAIN: NONE <br />ABSENT: NONE <br />Status: 7 — 0 — Pass <br />CITY COUNCIL 8 FEBRUARY 20, 2024 <br />
