EXHIBIT 1 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />Given the individual roles and responsibilities identified above, describe and explain how all participating jurisdictions are or will begin <br />to coordinate these efforts to use and develop available land to address and end homelessness in the region. <br /> <br />Development of Interim and Permanent Housing Options <br />Participating Jurisdictions Role(s) and Responsibilities in development of interim and permanent housing options <br />City of Anaheim Prioritize homeless set-aside units within affordable developments in the city; prioritize housing set- <br />aside vouchers within programs operated by the Anaheim Housing Authority; increase focus on <br />securing available grant funding for interim and permanent housing options. <br />City of Irvine N/A <br />City of Santa Ana Will continue to work closely with agencies that currently provide Interim and Permanent Housing <br />options to the homeless i.e. Santa Ana Housing Authority and Housing Division. The Housing <br />Authority will continue to set aside Vouchers and affordable development for individuals <br />experiencing homelessness. <br /> <br /> <br />The cities of Anaheim and Santa Ana will continue to identify, acquire, and develop available land and structures in the city including prioritizing opportunities <br />to dedicate units to households experiencing or exiting homelessness. City will partner with development partners to identify opportunities to streamline and <br />improve the delivery of development projects including expedited timelines, explore adaptive reuse of structures, and applicable processes associated with <br />such changes. <br /> <br />
