The <br />Orange County <br />Continuum of Care’s <br />System Performance <br />Measures Report, <br />specifically Measure #7: <br />Successful Placement <br />from Street Outreach <br />and Successful <br />Placement in or <br />Retention of Permanent <br />House will assist in <br />tracking progress of this <br />goal.
