A-74 <br /> <br />ELEMENT REF # EJ IMPLEMENTATION ACTION AGENCY TIME <br />FRAME 2023 UPDATE <br />Public <br />Services <br />1.7 No Infrastructure master plans. Perform <br />periodic (approximately every 10 years) <br />water/sewer resource studies and <br />master plans to identify deficiencies and <br />deferred maintenance for the city's <br />infrastructure systems, including cost <br />estimates; develop nexus calculations to <br />determine new development's fair share <br />cost to upgrade infrastructure systems <br />PWA Ongoing Continued to implement master plan <br />project recommendations and plan for <br />the performance of master plan <br />updates. Storm drain master plan has <br />been updated within the last 10 years <br />to identify project areas and seek <br />funding for implementation. Beginning <br />in 2023 and continuing in 2024, the <br />Pavement Management System (PMS) <br />commenced an update of the <br />pavement condition analysis of all <br />roadways and alleys in the City for the <br />bi-annual update. The City secured <br />$4.67 million in competitive statewide <br />grant funding from the Department of <br />Water Resources to implement a Storm <br />Drain Master Plan top 10 <br />recommended project. The City also <br />continued to make progress on a <br />Stormwater Project Master Plan, which <br />includes a detailed analysis of the City <br />to identify optimal locations for <br />stormwater projects. <br />Public <br />Services <br />1.8 No Secondary use of City-owned <br />infrastructure. Identify City water <br />facilities that can accommodate <br />recreation and/or public art amenities <br />PWA 2023 Work continues to identify lots for <br />acquisition to accommodate recreation <br />and/or public art amenities.
