Single-Family and <br />Mobile Home <br />Rehabilitation <br />B. Conduct an annual workshop starting <br />Fiscal Year 2023-2024 to promote <br />rehabilitation grants and available <br />housing programs/opportunities to all <br />owner occupied single-family and <br />mobile home residents in the city. <br />Annually <br />In CY 2023, the City embarked on a transformative partnership with Habitat for <br />Humanity of Orange County to launch the Residential Rehabilitation Grant <br />Program, signaling a pivotal moment in addressing housing challenges within <br />the community. Building upon this initiative, the City has committed to furthering <br />its support for homeowners in need through an annual workshop scheduled for <br />Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024. This workshop represents a proactive effort to <br />empower residents by disseminating crucial information about rehabilitation <br />grants and other available housing programs and opportunities. By equipping <br />homeowners with knowledge and resources, the City aims to foster a culture of <br />engagement and collaboration in revitalizing neighborhoods and enhancing <br />residential stability. <br />B-83
