Extremely Low-Income <br />Housing <br />D. Through the City’s RFP for Affordable <br />Housing Development, award bonus <br />points to Developers whose projects <br />provide at least 75% or more for the <br />number of units for extremely low- <br />income families at 30% AMI. <br />Annually & Ongoing <br />In CY 2023, bonus points for Developers whose projects provide at least 75% or <br />more for the number of units for extremely low-income families at 30% AMI did <br />not apply to the RFP's issued. <br />23. Successor Housing <br />Agency <br />A. Provide and/or leverage Successor <br />Housing Agency funds with other <br />sources of funding to support the <br />production and/or rehabilitation of <br />affordable housing for extremely low-, <br />very low-, and low-income families. <br />Evaluate Availability <br />Annually <br />At the end of CY 2023, the City had a balance of $0 in Successor Housing Agency <br />funding. The projects funded in CY 2022 with Successor Housing Agency <br />funding are all underway and due for completion by the end of CY 2024. <br />B-103
