A-50 <br /> <br />ELEMENT REF # EJ IMPLEMENTATION ACTION AGENCY TIME <br />FRAME 2023 UPDATE <br />in the parks needs assessment / parks <br />master plan. <br />Department, acquired property at 1st <br />and Mountainview streets. <br />Land Use 4.8 No Mixed Use Lifestyles. Establish and <br />implement thresholds in the Zoning <br />Code to require minimum <br />percentage of commercial uses to be <br />included in mixed-use land use <br />designations and in proposed <br />conversion of commercial uses to <br />residential or mixed use projects. <br />PBA 2022 - <br />2027 <br />The RFP for the Comprehensive Zoning <br />Code Update was released and <br />proposals were due to the City on April <br />13, 2023. The City formally entered an <br />agreement with a consultant on <br />October 17, 2023 to start the Zoning <br />Code Update. The project will include <br />analyzing minimum percentage of <br />commercial uses to include in mixed- <br />use designations. <br />Mobility 1.1 No Cross-agency collaboration. Coordinate <br />with external agencies to address the <br />impacts of new regional transportation <br />projects on the local network and <br />accommodate complete street practices. <br />PWA Ongoing Continued to coordinate with external <br />agencies to address the impacts of new <br />regional transportation projects on the <br />local network and accommodate <br />complete street practices. <br />Mobility 1.2 No MPAH. Coordinate with external <br />agencies to ensure the OCTA Master <br />Plan of Arterial Highways accommodates <br />current and future demand for all users <br />while prioritizing the safety of people <br />utilizing non-automobile modes of <br />transportation. <br />PWA 2022- <br />2035 <br />Continued to work with Orange County <br />Transportation Authority (OCTA) to <br />ensure the OCTA Master Plan of Arterial <br />Highways accommodates the City's <br />current and future needs.
