Close the <br />Golden Loop network between Memory <br />Lane and Santiago Creek and between <br />Santiago Park and Lincoln <br />Avenue/Santiago Street. <br />PWA/PRCSA Ongoing Continued to analyze Class 1-4 options <br />in an effort to complete the Golden <br />Loop Network. <br />Mobility 3.3 No Pedestrian accessibility. Implement the <br />City ADA Transition Plan to cost- <br />effectively enhance pedestrian <br />accessibility, with guidance from the <br />Sidewalk Connectivity Plan. <br />PWA Ongoing PWA reviewed all submitted land <br />development projects to determine <br />whether proposed private <br />improvements caused additional need <br />for pedestrian facilities, and where <br />applicable and feasible, required <br />improvement such as new sidewalk and <br />access ramps. In 2023, 119,329 square <br />feet of sidewalk, 8,053 linear feet of <br />curb and gutter, 24,327 square feet of <br />driveway approaches, and 11,884 <br />square feet of ADA curb ramps were <br />replaced at 1,168 locations in seven <br />neighborhoods, improving pedestrian <br />accessibility and addressing ADA <br />accessibility. <br />Mobility 3.5 Yes Safe routes to schools and parks. <br />Develop and pursue implementation of a <br />Safe Routes to School Plan and a Safe <br />Routes to Parks Plan <br />PWA/PRCSA Ongoing In 2023, received $47,000,000 in ATP <br />funds for 13 schools.
