Conduct an audit of the <br />equitability of where and how public <br />facilities and services are provided <br />throughout the city; develop and <br />implement an action plan to improve the <br />equitability of the provision of public <br />facilities and services based on the <br />findings of the audit. <br />PRCSA/PWA 2023 Through the Parks Master Plan <br />development plan process, an <br />assessment was conducted to <br />determine where to locate public <br />facilities and services throughout the <br />City in an equitable manner.
