She spoke regarding the passing of Orange <br />County Fire Authority (OCFA) Fire Captain Rob Culp, expressed her condolences to the <br />OCFA family and his family, requested the flags be flown in his honor, and thanked OCFA and <br />the Police Department for their service. <br />Council announced their support of Mayor Amezcua’s request regarding flags.
