The City Council approved a settlement for <br />$199,883. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS – Public comments will be held during the beginning of the <br />meeting for ALL comments on agenda and non­agenda items. <br />MINUTES: The following speakers addressed the City Council in person: <br />1. Janine B. spoke in support of the budget process and requested additional <br />education on filing taxes. <br />2. Graciela Lepe expressed concern regarding Coffee with the Mayor and the <br />Mayor’s aide
