Spay and Neuter services resumed in April <br />2023 and were scheduled around HEART's pre-existing vaccine and wellness clinics <br />causing the exemption of spay and neuter clinics in the months of May and July. <br />iv. HEART is in compliance with the required equipment listed in the contract. HEART <br />has a built-in power generator, backup generator, HVAC, electrical outlets, water <br />tank, water pump, work sink, restroom, oxygen concentrators, portable anesthesia <br />unit, oxygen tents, examination table with exam light, medical refrigerator and drug <br />lock box, collapsible crates/kennels, and medical supplies storage. In addition to <br />these requirements, HEART also has -built-in stainless -steel cages, an additional <br />backup refrigerator, work station and EKG units. The committee is welcome to take a <br />tour of the mobile unit or pictures can be provided upon request. The committee is <br />also welcome to contact our references in order to confirm compliance. <br />V. HEART is strictly a mobile clinics, thus the location of services will vary per clinic. <br />HEART employs 5 full time staff members and 10 part-time staff members all of <br />whom can be working on a rotating basis per clinic. HEART may also have additional <br />volunteers at any given time. The nature of employment for HEART's full time staff <br />varies from veterinary, clerical, administrative, to transportation. The nature of <br />employment for the part time staff is veterinary and veterinary support staff. <br />vi. HEART will schedule clinics on weekdays or weekends depending on site availability <br />and other factors.
