Our Franchisees are heavily involved with the <br />community in through various charities and are always giving back to the community. <br />Neighbor <br />With a McDonald's being just 1.5 miles from this location (17th and <br />Santiago) is it necessary to build this one so close to the other, <br />Although the McDonald's at 17th/Santiago is close by, based on our research, there are enough people <br />living in the area to allow us to open a new restaurant.
