Provide a description of how the PHA Plan’s contents are consistent with the Consolidated Plan. The Annual PHA Plan is consistent with the community development needs and market conditions stated in the Consolidated Plan and the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice because the Plan supports the objectives, outcomes, and needs identified in the Plan Needs Assessment and citizen participation process. It also seeks to address the needs identified in the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice for the City of Santa Ana.
