Santiago Park Main Street Construction Project <br />April 2, 2024 <br />Page 2 <br />4 <br />1 <br />4 <br />3 <br />Conservancy Grant, agreeing to the terms of the grant, and designating officers and/or <br />employees to act as a representative to complete grant requirements and <br />documentation. Staff recommends adopting a resolution accepting the grant funds from <br />the SCC for Santiago Park Main Street Construction in the amount of $2,807,000 to <br />cover the cost of the project (Exhibit 1). This grant will not require any matching funds <br />from the City. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with the action. Once the City has an award of the <br />grant, a staff report will be presented to the City Council at a later date to recognize and <br />appropriate grant funds. <br />EXHIBIT(S) <br />1.
