Cooperative Agreement No. 2024-1 <br />1 10. This AGREEMENT shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2028, unless <br />2 terminated earlier byLA HABRA or AGENCIES. This AGREEMENT may be terminated by any AGENCY <br />3 providing the PARTIES with not less than thirty (30) day prior written notice. The terminating AGENCY is <br />4 fully responsible for paying their respective pro rata share of all costs and expenses incurred prior to delivery <br />5 of its notice of termination and all costs and damages relating to its termination.
