The multi-fammily residential component consisted of <br />1,150 units in three multi -story buildings with adjacent parking structures, 80,000 Sit of retail and restaurant commercial <br />space, and approximately 183,000 Sit of open space in courtyards, common area amenities, a roof dock, and porimeter <br />plazas. The Project involved a General Plan <br />Amendment, Zoning Reclassification, and a Tentative Tract Map.
