MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with Albert Grover & Associates, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, to conduct engineering and traffic survey studies in order to update posted speed limits, as well as follow up speed surveys, in a total amount not to exceed $75,812, which includes a 10% contingency, for a three-year period from October 21, 2015 through October 20, 2018.
