Hall <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") ofthe above -referenced Agreement, entered into by ABM Building <br />Solutions, LLC ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, dated March 16, 2021, the time period <br />of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period until March 31, 2025. <br />Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
