Exhibit - A Scope of Services Consultants will be expected to provide experienced' and knowledgeable professional staff familiar with federal; state and local regulations including the Santa Ana Municipal Code and General Plan and the CEQA and NEPA. The Consultants' Project Manager and staff shall be responsive and maintain excellent working relationships with project applicant, property .owners, developers and City staff. Consultants shall be committed to provide adequate staffing levels at all times in order to adhere to established schedules.
