Councilmember Hernandez spoke in support of Measure X Committee’s recommendation for a feasibility study of a park in vacant land at Washington Square, Police funded ambulance transports, parking validations for City Council meetings, hours shifted in parking enforcement, funds for Angel’s Park, and re-pavement of Civic Center Drive.
