Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />I am in full support of the possible upcoming needle distribution program. If it's done well and properly, it cuts down <br />immensely on found needles and individuals in the community who are shooting heroin, etc. Amsterdam has an <br />incredible program. There was a highly successful program in either Texas or Arizona that, unfortunately, was shut down <br />by some politicians. It offered an very safe space for addicts and allowed them to live their lives without arrests and <br />ridicule.
