Background
The Water Resources Division of the City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency is seeking assistance from
P3 Adaptive to develop modern, interactive Reports in Power BI to report on Key Performance Indicators
for Finance and Operations.
On the Financial side, the Reports will track and compare revenue and cost budgets vs. actuals using
budget spreadsheets and ERP data extracts. The objective is to identify trends, understand
performance, and inform budgeting decisions.
For Operations, the Water Resources Division needs reporting on infrastructure maintenance and
replacement details like sewer cleaning, sewer CCTV, valve exercising, etc. These Reports will track
progress toward goals, like maintenance completion and mileage of CCTV inspections. They will also
provide visibility into fieldwork completion rates to identify potential training needs or resource
allocation issues.
P3 Adaptive recommends a project Jumpstartto rapidly sync on the business goals, co -develop a proof -
of -concept, and provide a roadmap for project completion. This would enable the Water Resources
Division to demonstrate value to their internal stakeholders quickly.
Jumpstart Goals
1. Define the business requirements for the Reports / Dashboards
2. Create a proof -of -concept Data Model(s) and Report(s) / Dashboard(s)
3. Develop a roadmap for project completion
Services
Project Jumpstarts can be conducted on -site for three days or remotely over a two -week period.
Our Clients
Gi 1 really appreciate your attention to
detail and your unassuming
approach. Mind blowing stuff!
My life will be so much easier now.
GURUPRASAD D.
ii By the end of the first day, we
already had dashboards worth
showing to the team and were
already making discoveries about
our business that we never had
before.
N.SELIG
[P3 Adaptive] helped me tremendously
with solving complicated
problems that would probably
still be unsolved today.
T.
