PROPOSED WORK PLAN <br />HERA understands the requirements outlined in Section III - Scope of Services and <br />can provide the software, data collection and analysis, and customer service in accordance <br />with the requirements of state laws and Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 8-1982 et seq. <br />(Ordinance No. NS-2993). <br />OUR PROCE <br />ASSESSMENT <br />We review the City's Ordinances for their Foreclosure Mortgage Properties Registry, <br />identify all past and current registrable properties in the City through our data mining platform <br />and analysis process, and create a database containing all properties with an obligation to <br />register. <br />Review the City's ordinance to ensure compliance with local and state laws; <br />make recommendations for a best practice ordinance if necessary <br />• Use multiple data sources to identify all properties in the City that have an <br />obligation to register and provide all relevant data for the properties (including <br />properties that meet the registration criteria at the time services are contracted) <br />• Data migration: Custom data clean-up and migration from the City's existing <br />registration system will be handled and uploaded by the HERA team <br />
