Cost Proposal <br />a. HEART will provide individual invoices to the city within 30 days of the completion of <br />each clinic. The following are the flat rate fees HEART will charge: <br />i. Dog spay services - $450 <br />U. Dog neutering services - $355 <br />iii. Cat spay services - $2.10 <br />iv. Cat neutering services - $150 <br />b. The prices listed above generally include the following services and their normal <br />schedule of fees: <br />- Pre -surgical exam - $22 <br />- General anesthesia - $50-$150 <br />- Routine surgeries - $150-$450 <br />- Inguinal cryptorchid surgeries - $200-$400 <br />- Abdominal/exploratory cryptorchid surgeries - $300-$600 <br />- Pyometra surgeries - $650-$1,200 <br />- Pets in heat - $235-$475 <br />- Tattoo near incision site - $10 <br />- Repair of hernia (if needed) - $175-$475 <br />- Removal of deciduous canines (if needed) - $25 per tooth <br />- Removal of detached dew claws (if needed) - $45per dew claw <br />- Antibiotic injection (if needed) - $30 <br />- Pain medication for dogs - $25 <br />- Pain medication for cats - $35 <br />- Betsy E-collar - $7 <br />- Certificate of sterility <br />Post surgical care instructions with emergency pet hospital contact list <br />
