a. Sinkhole collapse means the sudden <br />sinking or collapse of land into <br />underground empty spaces created by the <br />action of water on limestone or dolomite. <br />This cause of loss does not include: <br />(1) The cost of filling sinkholes; or <br />(2) Sinking or collapse of land into <br />man-made underground cavities. <br />b. Falling objects does not include loss or <br />damage to: <br />(1) Personal property in the open; or <br />(2) The interior of a building or structure, or <br />property inside a building or structure, <br />unless the roof or an outside wall of the <br />building or structure is first damaged by <br />a falling object. <br />9. "Unmanned aircraft" means an aircraft that is <br />not designed, by the manufacturer, to be <br />controlled by an individual from within or on <br />the aircraft. <br />G. Coverage Options <br />The following coverage options will apply only <br />when specifically indicated in the Declarations: <br />1. Peak Season <br />The Limit of Insurance for Covered Property is <br />increased to the amount shown in the <br />Declarations for this optional coverage. The <br />increased amount applies from 12:01 A.M. <br />Standard Time on the first day to 12:01 A.M. <br />Standard Time on the last day of the periods <br />shown in the Declarations. <br />2. Legal Liability Coverage - Property of <br />Others <br />Subparagraphs 1.b. and t.c. of Paragraph A. <br />Coverage are replaced by the following: <br />b. We will also pay the sums you are legally <br />obligated to pay as damages for direct <br />physical loss or damage to Covered <br />Property of others by a Covered Cause of <br />Loss. Covered property of others includes: <br />(1) Property of others, similar to property <br />held for sale in the normal course of <br />your business, while in your care, <br />custody or control; and <br />(2) Other property of others in your care, <br />custody or control for service, repair, <br />storage, launching or hauling out. <br />3.
