Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Dear Council Members, <br />Human Op?ons; a mul?service domes?c violence agency is asking the City of Santa Ana Council to approve the <br />Fiscal Year 2024-25 Annual Ac?on Plan and Budgets for the Community Development Block Grant and others <br />grants. As a recipient of CDBG grant funds awarded by the City of Santa Ana, Human Op?ons has been able to <br />provide dire trauma informed counseling and legal advocacy services to some of the most vulnerable residents <br />of Santa Ana. This grant enable us to provide these services for free. Vic?ms of domes?c violence deserve <br />safety and an opportunity to heal. Approval of this budget will allow Human Op?ons to con?nue providing <br />them just that.
