Insuring Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the following: COVERAGES — NON -OWNED DISPOSAL SITE LIABILITY Insuring Agreement We will pay those sums in excess of the deductible shown in the above SCHEDULE that the insured becomes legally obligated to pay for claim(s) or suit(s) seeking damages for bodily injury, property damage, or cleanup costs arising from liability of the insured that results from pollution condition(s) on, at, under, or migrated beyond the boundaries of a Non -Owned Disposal Site as a result of the disposal of any material or waste by the insured provided: Such pollution condition(s) first commence after the Retroactive Date listed in the above SCHEDULE, if any, and before the end of the policy period and any resulting claim(s) are reported to us in writing, during the policy period or any applicable Extended Reporting Period; and b.
