CITY COUNCIL 5 APRIL 16, 2024 <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS – Public comments will be held during the beginning of the meeting <br />for ALL comments on agenda and nonagenda items. <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES: The following speakers addressed City Council in person: <br /> <br />1. Uriel Chavez (translation: Spanish) expressed concern regarding rules and <br />regulations related to sport programs. <br /> <br />2. Tomas Fernandez expressed concern regarding rules and regulations related to <br />sport programs and submitted documents. <br /> <br />3. Jorge Rodriguez (translation: Spanish) expressed concern regarding rules and <br />regulations related to sport programs. <br /> <br />4. Wellington Bennett spoke regarding Agenda Item No. 29. <br /> <br />5. Lawna Munholland expressed concern regarding the timeframe of approval of the <br />redevelopment of Metro Town Center due to the Related Bristol Project and <br />submitted documents <br /> <br />6. Janet Brown spoke in support of Agenda Item No. 27 and submitted documents. <br /> <br />7. Joe Andrade spoke regarding Agenda Item No. 28. <br /> <br />8. Jeffrey J. Jensen spoke regarding parking meters in downtown Santa Ana. <br /> <br />9. Larry Marshburn spoke regarding the Related Bristol Project. <br /> <br />10.
