Additionally, Santa Ana conducted email outreach to all adjacent units of local government to share in the identification of regional housing and community development needs. Throughout the implementation of the Consolidated Plan process, the City of Santa Ana consults and coordinates activities with local units of government and monitors state programs and regulations to leverage local HUD funding.
