Additionally, Santa Ana conducted email outreach to all adjacent units of local government to share in the identification of <br />regional housing and community development needs. Throughout the implementation of the Consolidated Plan process, the City of Santa Ana <br />consults and coordinates activities with local units of government and monitors state programs and regulations to leverage local HUD funding. <br />EXHIBIT 1
