PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />ABUSIVE CONDUCT COVERAGE SUBLIMITS <br />DEFENSE WITHIN LIMITS <br />This endorsement modifies and is subject to the insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />SCHEDULE <br />Abusive Conduct Coverage Sublimits <br />Each Abusive Conduct Incident Sublimit of Insurance: <br />$ 100,000 <br />Aggregate Sublimit of Insurance: <br />1 $ 300,000 <br />Notwithstanding any provisions elsewhere in this policy, and for the purposes of this endorsement only, <br />the following coverage is added to SECTION I — COVERAGES, COVERAGE A BODILY INJURY AND <br />PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY and COVERAGE B PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY <br />LIABILITY: <br />A. Coverage <br />1. Insuring Agreement <br />a.
