"Bodily injury" <br />For the purposes of this endorsement, the definition of "bodily injury" is superseded by: "Bodily <br />injury" means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person. "Bodily injury" includes <br />mental anguish, mental injury, shock, fright or death resulting from physical injury or "abusive <br />conduct." <br />3. "Claim" means any written demand for monetary relief. <br />4. "Damages' means a monetary: <br />a. Judgment; <br />b. Award; or <br />c. Settlement, <br />but does not include fines, sanctions, penalties, punitive or exemplary damages or the multiple <br />portion of any damages. <br />5.
