Civic Center area pursuant to this MOU. Any costs incurred by the <br />CITY in providing police services in the Civic Center area, over and <br />above the amount budgeted in the annual Civic Center <br />Parking/Maintenance Fund budget (which said amount is $530,900.00 in <br />Fiscal Year 1992-93 and may vary in future fiscal years), will be <br />borne and paid for by CITY. <br />This MOU is effective on and after July 1, 1992 (i.e., the <br />commencement of the Fiscal Year 1992-93), and will remain in effect <br />until terminated by either party, as set forth herein: Either CITY or <br />COUNTY may terminate this MOU effective at the end of any fiscal year <br />(i.e., June 30 of any year), by giving written notice of such <br />termination to the other party in writing, at least sixty (60) <br />calendar days prior to the end of the fiscal year. <br />5. Amendments. <br />This MOU can be amended at any time, but only by a written <br />amendment mutually approved by the City council of CITY, and the Board <br />of Supervisors of COUNTY. <br />CITY shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the COUNTY <br />and the Orange County Civic Center Authority, and the officers and <br />employees of both of those entities, for any acts, errors, or <br />omissions committed by or alleged to have been committed by the CITY <br />DHR\394 4. <br />
