Item # 29 <br />Community Development Agency <br />May 7, 2024 <br />Slide 2 <br />Consolidated Plan Overview <br />•Every 5 years, grantee jurisdictions must submit to HUD a Five-Year <br />Consolidated Action Plan (“ConPlan”) which outlines the Grantees <br />planned use of funds for eligible projects and programs. <br />•Grantee jurisdictions must submit an Annual Action Plan each year <br />during the Five-Year Consolidated Action Plan cycle outlining <br />projects and programs cited in the 5-Year Plan. <br />•In May of 2020, the Five-Year Consolidated Plan for the period of <br />July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2025 was submitted to HUD. <br />•The program year for all entitlement programming begins July 1.
