NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received from qualified firms for On -Call <br />Emergency Asphalt Concrete, Concrete and Storm Drain Repair Services. <br />Responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted electronically to the PlanetBids <br />system no later than January 30, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals received after this date/time will not <br />be considered. It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that any proposals submitted have <br />sufficient time to be received by the City of Santa Ana prior to this proposal due date and time. <br />Additionally, it is a requirement that hard copy proposals also be sent by courier service, mailed, <br />or hand delivered in an enclosed sealed envelope and marked clearly with the following: <br />"SEALED PROPOSAL FOR <br />ON -CALL EMERGENCY ASPHALT CONCRETE, CONCRETE AND STORM DRAIN <br />REPAIR SERVICES <br />RFP NO.23-182 <br />IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL." <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Attn.: Edward Torres <br />Public Works Agency; M-22 <br />20 Civic Center Plaza; Ross Annex <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />For hard copy drop offs, visitors will be routed to deliver in the blue drop box on the I'floor of <br />Ross Annex across from the Public Works Counter. Gentle note: staff will not timestamp or <br />sign any hard copy deliveries as the electronic submittal by the deadline is suffice. For further <br />instructions regarding hard copy submission of proposals, refer to PlanetBids. <br />All notifications, requests for information, updates and addenda will be posted online on <br />PlanetBids at https://www.planetbids.coM/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=20137. Proposers shall <br />be responsible for monitoring the site to obtain information regarding this solicitation.
