They had a malfunction <br />with the liftgate on the box truck which caused a logistical nightmare. I was able to contact one of our body <br />vendors that upfitted the lift gate installation and a service technician was able to go onsite to resolve the <br />liftgate issue at no additional cost. The member was very impressed with the quality of our customer service <br />even after purchase. " <br />"I had a member request a 3/4 ton truck pricing but was unsure about their budget at the time. I took the <br />time to go through each option with the client to provide a Sourcewell pricing quote through multiple <br />manufacturers from Ram, Chevrolet and Ford. This empowered the member to have multiple pricing options <br />for review to align with their budget as well as eliminating the need to shop anywhere else. " <br />"We work with many body companies to assist customers with the body upfitting process. One of our <br />members called in a request to expedite a particular vehicle that was held up at one of their local body <br />upfitters. I contacted the body company representative and put in a request to expedite the upfitting per <br />request of the member. The body company was able to comply with the request and delivery was made <br />sooner than expected." <br />Word -of -Mouth Marketing: The positive quality of service has led to more sales based on previous <br />customers' impressions on their experience. NAFG's goal is to provide exemplary customer service <br />throughout the entire purchasing process to encourage repeat business and advocate services to other <br />members. NAFG has been fortunate to experience multiple instances of leads generated based solely on <br />word-of-mouth marketing though our existing customers. <br />Cross -promotion: National Auto Fleet Group is currently collaborating with another Sourcewell Vendor, NCL <br />Government Capital to promote each other's products and services. NCL Government Capital specializes in <br />providing competitive equipment financing programs for municipalities and public education entities across the <br />United States. As a team, NCL and NAFG produced a variety of marketing materials such as videos, flyers <br />and info graphs to promote purchasing and leasing opportunities. <br />Hoglund Bus Company is another cross -promotion vendor NAFG had the opportunity to create a partnership <br />with. Flyers were created to advertise Chassis from NAFG along with a variety of bus bodies from Hoglund <br />Bus Company. <br />With cross -promotion, companies exchange knowledge and provide endorsements on websites, social media, <br />and email campaigns. This strategy creates an influx of new leads, brand awareness, increased sales and <br />recurrence of customers. National Auto Fleet Group will continue to create new partnerships and facilitate <br />more cross -promotion opportunities in the near future to provide turnkey solutions for a variety of vehicle <br />purchasing needs. <br />Coming in 2022, National Auto Fleet Group will be launching a NAFG Partner Website to further increase <br />business growth. The website www.nafgpartner.com is expected to launch next year in 2022. The site <br />encourages body upfitting companies throughout the United States to partner up with NAFG to become a <br />preferred member. The benefits of becoming a preferred member include endorsements on website and <br />social media avenues along with word-of-mouth referral for clients with upfitting needs. Our dedicated public <br />relations representative will conduct phone and in person meetings to discuss the advantages of partnering up <br />with NAFG, therefore generating more cross -promotion opportunities. <br />Members from government agencies are encouraged to go on the site to search for local body upfitting <br />companies they are interested in working with. As a prerequisite in becoming a preferred vendor, they are <br />required to advertise NAFG and the Sourcewell contract on their business website and refer their clients to <br />purchase their cab/chassis needs through NAFG. This establishes a partnership that will generate increased <br />sales all around.
