<br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Contractor shall provide City a full report of damage to City property and/or equipment by <br />Contractor’s employees. All damage reports shall be submitted to the Site Coordinator within <br />twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence. <br />Contractor shall provide, erect, and maintain all warning devices (i.e., barricades, cones, etc.) as <br />required or necessary to ensure the safety of the public, City, and Contractor’s employees <br />D. CONSTRUCTION WASTE MANAGEMENT: Contractor shall keep work areas clean and free <br />from any debris, rubbish, hazardous waste and non-usable material resulting from the work under <br />this Contract and shall be disposed of at the completion of each work day by the Contractor. <br />Hazardous waste must be disposed of in accordance with the Resource Conservation and <br />Recovery Act and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. <br />RFP No. 23-099A Digital Marquees for Multiple Locations
