The <br />following notice is being provided so that you can ask questions, make comments and stay <br />informed about projects that might be important to you. We encourage you to contact us prior <br />to the Public Hearing if you have any questions. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN - The City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a public hearing to <br />receive public testimony and will take action on the item described below. <br />Proposed Action: The City of Santa Ana is proposing to adopt an ordinance extending Ordinance No. <br />NS-3063 for 10 months and 15 days pursuant to Section 65858(a) of the California Government Code <br />continuing a moratorium on the approval, commencement, establishment, relocation, or expansion of <br />industrial uses within Specific Development No. 84 zoning district. <br /> <br />Environmental Impact: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, the <br />proposed action is not subject to the requirements of CEQA pursuant to Section 15060(c)(2) and <br />15060(c)3. The activity will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in <br />the environment. Furthermore, the activity is not a project as defined in Section 15378 of the CEQA <br />Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3 because it has no potential for resulting <br />in physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly. <br />Meeting Details: This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, <br />CA 92701. Members of the public may attend this meeting in-person or join via Zoom.
