The City of Santa Ana Community Workforce Agreement establishes a goal that 30%of the total work hours shall be: First,from qualified workers residing in those in those U. S.Postal Service zip codes which overlap all of the City of Santa Ana,as set forth in Attachment B and veterans,regardless of where they reside(Tier 1);and, Second,qualified workers residing within Orange County and individuals who have successfully completed the Building Trades Multi-Craft Core Curriculum Pre-Apprenticeship Program,regardless of where they reside.
