Adopt a resolution approving the 2024 City of Santa Ana Emergency Operations Plan. RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO APPROVE AND ADOPT THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN 2.
