Hall <br />Re: Second and Final Extension of Agreement (A-2020-143) for Elevator Maintenance <br />and Repair Services <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by AMTECH <br />Elevator Service ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated July 7, 2020, the time period of the <br />Agreement is hereby further extended for an additional one-year period through June 30, 2025. This is <br />the last extension option authorized pursuant to the Agreement. Any insurance certificates are required <br />to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
