("Consultant+'), and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 19, 2022, the time period of the Agreement <br />is hereby further extended for an additional, and final, one-year period until May 1, 2025. Any <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
